On April 27, 2011, a hearing committee of the Professional Conduct Committee, established under the Teaching Profession Act, found that Richard Ralph Carleton engaged in unprofessional conduct. The hearing committee ordered that Carleton be declared ineligible for membership in the Association effective August 19, 2011.
